All of our beautiful products are handcrafted in 1,000 litre batches on our orchard. They are 100% natural, with no preservatives or sugar added to them. We produce delicious cold pressed cloudy fruit juice and premium cider.

Cold Pressed Cloudy Juice

Our cold pressed cloudy juice contains 100% fresh juice. We crush the fruit on our orchard and press out the juice using a hydraulic wine press. The juice is filtered, pasteurised, transferred into glass bottles and finally refrigerated. Our juice has a shelf life of at least six months.

We sell our juice through farmers’ markets and independent grocery stores around Western Australia under our flagship label “Hills Crush”.

Currently, we have two fresh juice products available under the Hills Crush label: cloudy apple juice and cloudy pear juice.

100% cold pressed cloudy apple juice produced from Granny Smith apples. Available by the carton in three glass bottle sizes – 2L, 1L and 350ml.

Premium Cider

In January 2015 we were granted a liquor producer’s licence and commenced cider production and sales.

Our cider is made using a blend of Australian developed table apple cultivars, Granny Smith, Sundowner and Pink Lady.

We sell our cider through hotels, liquor stores and restaurants around Western Australia.

Currently, we have five cider products in our range: cloudy apple cider, cloudy pear cider, sparkling apple cider, sparkling pear cider and scumpy.

Cloudy Apple Cider

A mildly carbonated cloudy apple cider which contains 4.5% alcohol. We crush the apples on our orchard and press out the juice using a hydraulic wine press. The juice is then wild fermented in stainless steel tanks, racked and aged for up to twelve months. Available in stainless steel kegs.

Cloudy Pear Cider

An exciting new addition to the product portfolio in 2016, our cloudy pear cider is mildly carbonated and contains 4% alcohol. We crush the pears on our orchard and press the juice using a hydraulic wine press. The juice is then wild fermented in stainless steel tanks, racked an aged for up to twelve months. Available only on tap at leading Perth venues.

Scrumpy

A uncarbonated cloudy cider which contains 6.5% alcohol. We crush the apples on our orchard and press out the juice using a hydraulic wine press. The juice is then wild fermented in stainless steel tanks, racked and aged for up to twelve months. Available in 2L flagons from our leading bottle shop stockists.

Sparkling Apple Cider

Marketed under the label “Naked Resolve” this is a dry sparkling apple cider which contains 9.5% alcohol. We use the traditional method comprising bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees for a minimum of six months. Available by the case in 750ml bottles.

Sparkling Pear Cider – Limited Release
