Grilled Leberkase (German meatloaf) with roast potatoes, red cabbage and garlic cream

Butter fried pork Schnitzel served with red cabbage, fried potatoes and mushroom sauce

Hearty beef goulash served with potato dumpling, red cabbage and mixed veg

Tafelspitz – Tender beef medallions in horseradish cream sauce with mash potato and mixed veg

Kassler pork chop served with mash potato, braised Bavarian cabbage and cider, seeded mustard sauce

Crispy crackle pork shank served with butter braised potatoes, sauerkraut and apple sauce
